We are looking for a Duty Manager to oversee facilities, security and customer service. Duty Manager responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring employee productivity, monitoring efficiency of all processes and creating a positive work environment for employees. You will also meet regularly with upper management to stay up-to-date with organizational changes, issues and improvements. Under the guidance of the Front Office Manager assess, evaluate and ensure that the long-term and short-term of the department are met. Support and assist Front Office and all Departments in the hotel to ensure a smooth, prompt, and effective service to all guests. Direct and manage Front Office in absence of the Front Office Manager, respectively Assistant Front Office Manager. Ultimately, you will ensure all operations flow smoothly and help us meet our company goals.
