Job Description
Ensure all cake products meet the standards of quality and excellence Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation requirements throughout daily work Perform freehand decorating using decoration kits and tools to prepare a variety of high-quality baked items Responsible for the creation and/or supervision of case cakes and custom cookies/cupcakes for holidays Attend wedding consultations, take customised cake orders, and assist with deliveries, if needed Requirements: 35 years old and below High School Diploma or any relevant certification With at least 2-5 years of work experience in cake decoration Excellent communication and presentation skills Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritised
Job Specification
Mixing, preparing and baking cakes, bread, pastries and other bakery Products. Design and decorate cakes according to customers' specifications. • Maintaining and operating baking ovens. • Taking inventory of baking and decorating supplies and ordering new stock from vendors as required. • Maintaining Cleaning, and sanitising all work areas, ovens, and shop equipment.
Salary and Benefits
Offered Salary: AED 4500 monthly
