Job Specification

Minimum 8-10 years experience in a Kitchen Head / Head Chef role - UAE experienced will be given 1st preference
Minimum 3-5 years experience in Italian restaurant / Pizzeria/ Pastas etc.
Must have strong knowledge of staffing, food costing, wastage and inventory control
Proficient in using computer and making reports for management
Strong communication skills & pleasant personality
Ability to work under pressure and should have flexibility

Good in personal hygiene

Should be based in Abu Dhabi & can join immediately

Salary and Benefits

Offered Salary: 4500 monthly - 5000 monthly
